Dr. Negeen Katirai
PharmD, RPhCo-Founder/President, OSCE and OSPE Lead, CE Presenter
Licensed pharmacist in Ontario, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Completed her doctorate in Pharmacy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
She practices as a pharmacist at Mount Sinai Hospital (a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Toronto), and prior held a « Senior Pharmacist » position at Brigham & Woman’s Hospital (a teaching hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School).
In addition to her hospital practice, Negeen is a geriatric pharmacist and has held long-term care and retail pharmacy positions in both Canada and the United States.
As PharmAchieve’s lead OSCE and OSPE instructor, Negeen has coached thousands of students for their PEBC exams.

Hooman Katirai

Two masters degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a 3-year RA at Harvard Medical School. HBASc from University of Waterloo.
One of 4 consultants that developed the digital strategy for CPhA publications including CPS.
Technical lead or lead architect of 5 health transformation projects for the Governments of Ontario and Alberta (with budgets ranging from $2 million to $70 million) and scope exceeding 1 million patients.
Leadership and strategy roles in key government and corporate transformation projects (budgets ranging from $50 million to $500 million) in diverse industries including eHealth, Pharmacy, and standardized testing.

Dr. Fatimah Jaffer
BSc, PharmD, PG Cert GPP, RPhCoordinator of PEBC Prep Courses and CE Author
Fatimah completed both her undergraduate and pharmacy degrees at the University of Waterloo. She went on to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in General Pharmacy Practice at University College London.
She has a special interest in elderly care and has worked as a Consultant Pharmacist in long-term care facilities and is licensed in both Canada and England. Fatimah also worked in British hospitals as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, a Specialist Pharmacist for Elderly Care and a Medicines Information and Clinical Trials Pharmacist. She coordinates PharmAchieve's EE and MCQ courses.

Dr. Andrew Tau
PharmD, RPhEE Course Coordinator, CE Author, and Injections Instructor
Andrew received his PharmD from the University of Toronto, where he completed clinical rotations at Toronto General Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital, as well as an education rotation at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy. At PharmAchieve, he creates content and performs reviews for lecture materials. Andrew currently works as a community pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart.
Ereny Botross
HBSc, PharmD, RPhMCQ Course Coordinator
Ereny graduated in 2021 from the PharmD program at Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy (University of Toronto). She also hold an Honours Bachelors of Science from the University of Toronto. Ereny currently works full-time as a staff pharmacist at various Shoppers Drug Mart locations where she supervises and mentors co-op students and pharmacy students. She work part time at Pharmachieve as EE content developer and instructor.
Ping Liu
MPharm, RPhDirector of Continuing Education and CE Author
Licensed pharmacist in Ontario, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. Completed her Masters at the School of Pharmacy, University of London. She has held various retail pharmacy and managerial positions in both Canada and the UK.
Prior to working full-time at PharmAchieve, Ping has worked in developing professional training courses for pharmacists in the UK and been cited in the Pharmaceutical Journal of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.

Monica Micheal
MPharm, RPhOSCE Instructor & Content Developer
Monica completed her Masters of Pharmacy at the Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy & Biomedical Sciences, University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. She has had various community pharmacy positions, in both Ontario and Manitoba. Monica continues to work in this capacity in Ontario alongside developing and instructing at PharmAchieve.
Zainab Ebrahimji
MPharm, RPhOSCE Instructor
Zainab is a licensed pharmacist in Ontario. She completed her Masters in Pharmacy in England, UK. Currently, she is working at the Shoppers Cannabis Care Centre as a Cannabis Care pharmacist.
Dr. Sherry Lamy

Sherry has been practicing community pharmacy in Ontario since graduating and continues to work in this capacity alongside writing and educational development work at PharmAchieve.
Dr. Kira Walker
PharmD, RPhEE & MCQ Instructor & Content Developer
Kira is a licensed pharmacist in Ontario. She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto. Through her program, she undertook several placements in both community and hospital practice across Ontario, including Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto and Elizabeth Bruyere Hospital in Ottawa. She is passionate about contributing to the pharmacy profession through teaching and mentoring.
Dr. Mark McIntyre
PharmD ACPRMCQ Instructor
Adjunct faculty at the University of Toronto. Holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Rutgers University, USA (2004) and completed an Accredited Pharmacy Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto (2009).
He is licensed in both Canada and the USA and is the Infectious Disease Management Lead at three leading Toronto hospitals. In addition, he has more than a decade of emergency medicine and retail experience in Canada.
He supervises undergraduates, post-graduates and residents from the universities of Toronto, Waterloo and Colorado.
Mark received three awards from the University of Toronto including the Award for Teaching Excellence, the PharmD Preceptor of the Year Award and the Medical School's Excellence in Interprofessional Collaboration Award.

Dr. Mariam Ali
BHSc, PharmD, RPhCE Author, MCQ Content Developer
Mariam completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Ottawa. She has undertaken various placements at hospitals across Ontario, including CHEO, and has practiced as a pharmacist in several community pharmacy settings, most recently at Shoppers Drug Mart.
Nafia Khan
MPharm, RPhEE & MCQ & OSCE Content Developer
Nafia is a licensed pharmacist in the United Kingdom and Canada, holding an MPharm degree from University College London (UCL). Her professional experience spans research and development within the pharmaceutical industry and front-line community pharmacy practice. She completed part of her training at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and is a published author in the International Journal of Pharmaceutics for her work on small-volume in vitro lipid digestion measurements in lipid-based formulations. Nafia currently practices in community pharmacy and serves as a content developer with PharmAchieve.
Dr. Keyvan Sedaghat
BScPharm (Hons), PhDEE Instructor
Keyvan completed his undergraduate degree in pharmacy and obtained his PhD in cellular and molecular medicine with a specialization in pharmacology at the University of Ottawa. He has more than 20 years of experience teaching in academia as a professor and senior lecturer and in chief scientific officer roles in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors. In addition to publishing in peer-reviewed journals and books, he serves on the editorial board of multiple peer-reviewed journals focused on the areas of molecular pharmacology, cell signaling and G protein-coupled receptors.
Dr. Jasneet Dulai
PharmD, RPhMCQ & OSCE Instructor
Jasneet Dulai is currently the Senior Pharmacy and Operations Manager at Pocketpills where she is involved in operations management, product and program development, and partnerships. In addition to working in the digital health space, Jasneet has experience working in traditional community practice with Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws, and Whole Health Pharmacy. She also uses her clinical knowledge and experience to help teach pharmacy students. She is a preceptor with the University of Toronto where she supervises and mentors EPE and APPE students. She also serves as a Pharmacy Instructor at the University at Buffalo. She also runs @doseofdulai a social media account posting patient-friendly content discussing health topics that encourage others to get involved in their own healthcare. Jasneet is a graduate of the PharmD program from the University of Toronto.
Dr. Cassandra McLelland
PharmD, RPh, ACPR, CDEEE and MCQ Instructor (Indigenous Health)
Cassandra is a clinical pharmacist specializing in complex diabetes care at William Osler Health System in Brampton, Ontario. She is Anishinaabe and a member of M'Chigeeng First Nation. In addition to her clinical work, she currently serves as the vice-chair of the Indigenous Pharmacy Professionals of Canada (IPPC) and contributes to the University of Waterloo's School of Pharmacy Indigenization initiatives.
Richardo Loduca
BScPharm, RPhOSCE Instructor
Richardo ("Ritchie") Loduca is a community pharmacist and an associate/manager of Shoppers Drug Mart store, where he manages a staff of more than 50 people.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Toronto in 2002. He has been teaching the OSCE course at PharmAchieve since 2002. He is passionate about helping the next generation of pharmacists to achieve their potential.

Dr. Rema Kanna

Rema completed her PharmD from university of Toronto. She also holds an honours bachelors of science from York university.
Dr. Vincent Saullo
PharmD, MSc, RPhEE & MCQ Instructor
A life-long learner, Vincent Saullo completed his Doctor of Pharmacy at University of Toronto after finishing both a Master of Science in Chemistry (Western University) and a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (York University). Vincent has clinical experience at some of the top hospitals in Toronto working in cardiology and nephrology. As a registered pharmacist, Vincent currently applies his skillsets in the pharmaceutical industry working as a Medical Science Liaison.
Dr. Holly Pileggi

Dr. Holly Pileggi works as a Clinical Pharmacist at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital and she completed her residency at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.
Dr. Carissa Di Rico

As a dedicated lecturer and OSCE assessor at PharmAchieve, Carissa brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of pharmaceutical education. Her academic journey, marked by a HBSc and PharmD with Honours from the University of Toronto, is complemented by an Interprofessional Education Distinction Certificate, reflecting her commitment to holistic patient care.

Lead Office Manager
Jessica is a highly motivated and personable Office Manager with over 10 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. She has the proven ability to create a positive and welcoming first impression for customers, while enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Dr. Yuxi Ge

Yuxi completed her PharmD education at the University of Toronto. She has held various community pharmacy positions, including lead compounding pharmacist, where she gained specialized training in the development of custom compounded formulations.
Dr. Kamar Nayal

Kamar is a University of Toronto PhD graduate in Cell and Systems Biology with a distinguished background as a research scientist.
She has experience managing regulatory submissions on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. At PharmAchieve, Kamar serves as Project Coordinator & Medical Quality Assurance Officer for the CE department.

Stephanie Heo
BAGraphic Designer
Stephanie is a Toronto-based graphic designer and fine artist. She completed her bachelor's in Production Design at Sangmyung University in Korea. Afterward, she earned an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design with Honors and Fine Arts certifications from George Brown College in Ontario. She is a valued member of the graphic design team at PharmAchieve, where she utilizes her knowledge and design skills to enhance learning materials for students.
Jenny Lin

Jenny works at PharmAchieve as a full-time graphic designer. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and a Masters of Science from McGill University.

Dr. Katie Helderbrand

Katie is acclaimed by PharmAchieve students for her ability to help them navigate through what are considered difficult topics. She has diverse experience in pharmacy including community, specialty pharmacy, central fill, and academia. She holds a PharmD from Butler University.
Jennifer Rafael

Jennifer is an office manager at PharmAchieve with a background in psychology from York University. Having almost 4 years of office management experience, Jennifer has a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer service. Jennifer ensures that operations run smoothly and that students and staff receive the support they need. Always approachable and proactive, Jennifer takes pride in creating an organized, positive, and efficient office environment.
Helia Mozafar
MHRM, CHRPChief Human Resources Officer
Helia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) in Ontario. With valuable experience in the healthcare industry, she has developed expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Currently, Helia is supporting PharmAchieve in various capacities, including managing recruitment processes and streamlining HR workflows.

Katherine works at St. Mary's Hospital as in the Inpatient Cardiac, Respirology. In addition she works in community pharmacy where she has over 10 years of experience. She holds PharmD and HBSc degrees from the University of Toronto.
Dr. Roger Tam
BSc. Pharm. CDE CTE PM2Injections Instructor
Roger Tam is a Walmart Pharmacist that has been practicing since 1999. He is also a certified tobacco and certified diabetes educator. He volunteers his time at Our Own Health Centre a non-profit 2SLGBTTQ+ organization providing addictions and smoking cessation counselling as well as works in a retail pharmacy setting.
Angela Chu
BScPharm, RPhOSCE, OSPE and Injections Instructor, Course Developer
Angela is an integral part of PharmAchieve's OSCE team. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a BScPharm with Distinction and has over 10 years of experience working as a clinical pharmacist and pharmacy manager in community pharmacy practice. She is licensed to administer injections and has additional prescribing authorization (APA) in Alberta. She also has experience working as a pharmacist skills lab facilitator mentoring pharmacist students at the University of Alberta and she previously served as an assessor for the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC). At PharmAchieve, Angela teaches OSCE and OSPE, develops course content, and teaches injections.
Zainab Wanas

Zainab works as a pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart and previously served as a teaching positions at Monash University in Australia. She holds a BScPharm from Monash University and a BSc from McMaster University.
Kiran Lad

Kiran serves as an OSCE Instructor at PharmAchieve, drawing on his extensive experience as a Designated Manager of a community pharmacy. He earned his pharmacy degree from the University of Queensland (Australia).
Rojin Tajmir
MPharm, RPhMCQ & OSCE Instructor
Rojin practices community pharmacy and teaches OSCE classes at PharmAchieve. She holds a Master's of Pharmacy from Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata, in Italy.
Dr. Jamil Ramji
PharmD, RPh, CTEOSCE Instructor
Jamil is an experienced clinical pharmacist and educator with a comprehensive background in primary care, hospital practice (at Alberta Health Services), and pharmacy education. He has extensive experience mentoring future pharmacists and advocating for collaborative patient care.
He actively precepts PharmD and fourth-year pharmacy students in both ambulatory and institutional practice rotations and has been a frequent Guest Lecturer at the University of Alberta, the University of Saskatchewan, and the University of Toronto.

Saman practices community pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart. She is an EE, MCQ and OSCE instructor at PharmAchieve, drawing on her personal experience to enhance her teaching.
Dr. Chirag Patel
PharmD, RPh, CDEEE Instructor
Chirag is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Clinical Pharmacist. He has clinical expertise in chronic disease management.
He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (PharmD) and McMaster University (BSc), and he has practiced in both hospital and family health team environments.

Dr. Mona Rahma
BSc, MSc, PhD, RPhEE Presenter
Dr. Mona Rahma has a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences. Over the course of her career, she worked as an assistant professor and a senior lecturer at various schools of pharmacy in Egypt, the UAE, and Australia. Dr. Mona Rahma's main area of research is nano-particulate lipid-based systems and vesicular drug delivery systems. She has published numerous scientific papers in reputed international journals and served as a peer reviewer for different journals.
Shriya Daya
BPharm, RPhEE & MCQ Instructor
Shriya works as a clinical pharmacist at Brandford General Hospital and as a community pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart. She graduated in 2017 from Rhodes University. Shriya passed her PEBC Evaluating Exam with P0 (the highest possible score).
Rishma Kanji
BScN, RNInjections Instructor
Rishma is a Registered Nurse (RN) who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BScN) from Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). She practices as a Public Health Nurse in the Immunization Services Division where she works in a specialized program to provide counseling education and provision of publicly funded vaccines to all age groups. She plans, organizes, and provides immunizations in schools and community-based clinics. Rishma works at PharmAchieve as an Injections Instructor.
Rashika Ramdev

Rashika graduated from the Bloomberg School of Nursing at the University of Toronto. At PharmAchieve, Rashika has contributed to our injections training course as a instructor, and to our intra-venous injections course as a CE author.
