Course Outline
This CCCEP-accredited and self-paced online module helps pharmacists optimize holistic patient care through effective patient assessments. The course provides practical strategies, including effective questioning techniques and proper record-keeping, to help identify and prevent drug-related problems and reduce patient harm
Students must complete an online assessment featuring case studies and multiple-choice questions based on the eLearning content
A minimum grade of 70% is required to pass. 4 attempts are provided to achieve a passing grade
