On a recent night, a group of students in a brightly lit room in north Toronto jab each other in the back of the arm with a needle containing saline, a final test to determine if they are qualified to deliver the COVID-19 vaccine. Jennifer Antunes, a pharmacy technician at Sunnybrook Hospital, signed up for the course on the same day news broke that the Ontario government was going to let pharmacy technicians vaccinate.
